Key Responsibilities

Researching, identifying, and reaching out to influencers that align with our clients’ brands.
Negotiating partnerships and managing influencer relationships from outreach to campaign execution.
Creating influencer marketing strategies that drive real engagement and results.
Coordinating content approvals, contracts, and campaign timelines.
Tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on data.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships.
Well-versed in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube influencer trends.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented and great at managing multiple campaigns at once.
Results-driven—tracking ROI and proving impact is second nature to you.
