We are a team of former private equity and investment banking professionals looking to create increased transparency on organizational cultures within alternative investment firms. We have experienced some great places to work and some bad ones. In either case, we did not fully know what we were getting ourselves into until we joined these firms. We don't think things should be this way and want to do something about it. Using data collected from other professionals in the industry, we plan to provide tailored insights that will help current and aspiring professionals make more informed decisions on where they choose to work.
