So that we can ensure your Basejam page contains accurate and up-to-date information, please tell us all about your amazing space.
As a reminder, we work on a 10% commission basis with the venues on our platform.

4. In terms of capacity, what is the total number of bedrooms you have at your venue?

This should include all individual rooms, whether that's rooms in an apartment or cottage, individual glamping pods or cabins – whatever type of accommodation you have.

5. What is the total number of beds?

Please provide some more information about the number of beds, as well as the type. In this format: 10 x double beds, 10 x single beds

7. Please list the individual accommodation buildings/spaces/areas you have and how many you have of each.

We would like to understand your sleeping arrangements so that we can list this on the website, and accurately place companies with you.
You may only have one building/space/area if you are a hotel, or you might have a farmhouse, cottages and a glamping site.
Copy/paste and write in this format:

If you have multiple of the same pods/mini-cottage, copy/paste them and list them out separately. List 1 building/space/area per line. If anything is unclear please send us an email to confirm.

This is to ensure you are getting high-quality enquiries and will filter out any groups who don't have the budget for your venue.
Companies that don't have this budget will not be able to connect with you.
Most companies don't want to share rooms, so we display the single occupancy per room per night price. In the enquiry form, if someone selects "We'd like to share rooms" we'll calculate a per person, per night price based on your previous answers.
Remember: you wouldn't want to filter out a well-known company, so keep it as low as you are willing to negotiate.
