Job Overview:

Tapitt is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to assist in creating engaging videos across digital platforms. From social media reels to promotional brand content, you’ll work on high-impact visual storytelling and animation.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work with motion graphics, video editing, and 3D elements — ideal for creatives looking to refine their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Animation:

• Edit short and long-form video content for marketing, reels, YouTube, and product promotions.

• Add transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music.
• Color correct, stabilize footage, and improve overall video quality.
• Produce engaging reels and story-based edits optimized for social media.

Motion Design & 3D:

• Create animated intros/outros using Adobe After Effects
• Design and animate UI elements, explainer graphics, and lower-thirds
• (Bonus) Use Blender to integrate 3D assets and motion elements into video workflows

Collaboration & Ideation:

• Work closely with the marketing and design team to plan storyboards and video concepts.
• Manage multiple editing timelines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on trends in video content, transitions, and visual styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve

• Strong understanding of video formats, frame rates, resolution, and compression techniques
• Familiarity with storytelling, visual pacing, transitions, and music syncing
• Ability to edit audio and mix soundtracks using basic audio tools

✅ Bonus Skills (Brownie Points):

• Knowledge of Blender for 3D design and animation

• Experience creating motion graphics templates for reuse
• Understanding of script-to-screen workflows and basic cinematography
