What score did you get at the end?

What brings you here?

What has led you to consider a neurodiversity assessment at this moment?

Are there any known family histories of autism, ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence?

Step 2: Answer some more questions...

This questions is designed to help you explore experiences that may relate to autism — including social interaction, sensory sensitivity, communication style, routines, and self-understanding. It is not a diagnostic tool, but it can be a meaningful way to start recognising patterns in your life. Try to answer in your own words, with examples if possible. There are no right or wrong answers — just your experience.

Social Communication & Connection

How do you usually feel in social situations? Do they feel energising, overwhelming, confusing…?

Do you prefer deep, focused conversations over small talk? How do you feel when conversations shift quickly or unexpectedly?

Have people ever said you're blunt, too honest, or hard to read — even when that wasn’t your intention?

Understanding Others & Feeling Understood

Do you find it difficult to pick up on subtle social cues (like tone of voice, body language, or indirect hints)?

Do you ever feel like you're "performing" or working hard to fit in during social interactions?

Routines, Transitions & Change

Do you rely on certain routines, rituals or structures to feel grounded? What happens when these are disrupted?

How do you handle transitions — starting or stopping tasks, changing plans, or adjusting to new environments?

Sensory Experiences

Are there sounds, lights, smells, or textures that feel particularly overwhelming or uncomfortable for you?

Do you ever avoid certain situations because they’re too stimulating or hard to tolerate?

Focus & Interests

Have you had intense interests or passions that you’ve returned to over and over throughout your life? Please tell me a bit about them.

How do you feel when you’re immersed in one of your special interests? What does it offer you?

Internal World

Do you often need time alone to recover from social interaction?

Do you feel like you experience the world differently than those around you? How would you describe that difference?

Looking Back

What were you like as a child — socially, emotionally, in school? Did you feel different from your peers?

Were there signs that may have been misunderstood or explained away (e.g. “shy,” “quirky,” “too sensitive”)?

Getting to know you better

Do you recognise any personal strengths or traits that you associate with autism?

What are your hopes or main objectives for this process?

Is there anything else you’d like to share at this stage?
