Thank you for joining us here. PACE Index (Progress on Action for Climate Equity) is a pioneering European data transparency campaign, developed by SOS-UK and zedela.

Together, we’re driving progress on racial and ethnic diversity and inclusion within the environmental non-profit sector across Europe.

PACE Index isn’t just about collecting data - it’s about turning that data into meaningful action. By facilitating transparency and accountability, we aim to redistribute power, address systemic inequities and racial injustice, and amplify the voices of historically marginalised communities in the climate sector.

There are many ways to get involved:
