We welcome all tech businesses with hiring needs, especially those that match the following criteria:

1. Pre-seed to Series B - We're focused on helping early-stage startups hire their first employees

2. Recently raised - If a startup has recently raised, they're more likely looking to scale their team quickly

3. Scaling or Expanding services - Whether it's scaling services or geographical expansion, we're here to support startups and agencies in their journey for growth.

These are just a few things we look for, but we're open to speaking with any startup that might be looking for external recruiting help.

Referral Steps

1. Submit Your Referrals through this form. Fill out this referral form with the details of up to 3 companies you're recommending.

Note: If you have multiple referrals (more than 3), feel free to email them to: [email protected]. Enumerate the companies accordingly with their respective email and contact person.

To help in the referral process you can:

Note: Make sure you place their information through this form so we can track your referral.

2. Claim Your Rewards. Receive a $15 reward for the first job listing made by a referred company on our platform. For each subsequent job listing within a year of your referral, you’ll enjoy an additional $10 reward per listing.
