Class Policies

No make-ups for missed classes. No carry-overs.
A minimum of two sign-ups is required for any class to run.
In case of rain, a make-up session will be scheduled.
No refunds under any circumstances.

Waiver & Release of Liability

Participation in tennis classes or camps with involves inherent physical risks. These include but are not limited to: slips, falls, overexertion, equipment injuries, outdoor exposure, and communicable illness including COVID-19.

I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in tennis activities. I release and discharge Tennis In The Jungle, Harlem, NY. and its owners, staff, and contractors (the “Indemnitees”) from any and all claims for injury, illness, or property loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I authorize emergency medical care and transportation if needed. I understand Tennis In The Jungle, Harlem, NY. may dismiss any participant for dangerous or disruptive behavior, without refund. I grant permission for my/my child's photo or video to be used for promotional purposes. I understand this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. If the participant is a minor, I confirm I am the legal parent or guardian authorized to sign this waiver. If I am 18 or older, I confirm I am signing for myself. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
