Step 1: Full Vehicle Photos

Take one clear photo of each of the four corners of your vehicle.

Step 2: Photos of the Damaged Area

For each damaged panel, please send:

Step 3: VIN tag photo

To take a clear photo of the VIN sticker: open the driver's door and the VIN tag is usually located on the door jamb or door edge.

Step 4: Odometer Photo

Take a clear photo of your dashboard with the ignition turned to "ON," showing the mileage.

Step 5: Damage Description

Write a brief description of how the damage occurred (if known).

List any additional concerns you would like us to address.

Important Notes About Photo Estimates

Insurance Claims:

If you plan to use insurance, please first have your insurance company inspect the vehicle and forward us their estimate.

Estimate Accuracy:

A photo estimate is a great starting point, but sometimes hidden damage is only visible after repairs begin. Additional costs ("supplements") are common if parts break during removal or additional damage is found.
We always aim to minimize surprises and will keep you updated throughout the process.
