both of these designs would be a $200 sample + $80 per piece in production. They have a standard polish with no engravings/custom stamps or any packaging. Your logo/brand can be put onto one of these bases.

Submission on next page

1 - Your Submitted Idea

1.1 - Your design concept is reviewed for approval.
1.2 - If adjustments are needed, they will be communicated to ensure feasibility.
1.3 upon approval a project start date will be given

2 - Deposit & Quote

2.1 - A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to receive 2 quotes : one for samples and one for full scale production on the number of said design.
2.2 - Once the sample quote is provided, work begins after you approve and pay 50% of the quoted price

3 - Design & Modeling

3.1 - Your approved idea is transformed into a detailed 3D model.
3.2 - The final 3D model/prototype is sent to you for approval. any minor details to change must be voiced by the client in this time,

4 - Production of sample(s)

4.1 - Once the model is approved, a sample is 3D printed and cast in your chosen metal in 1-2 weeks time (max 3 sample of each designs). 4.2 - The raw piece is finished into the final jewelry products.

5 - Marketing

5.1 - the samples are given to the client (when rest of sample quote is paid) and used for marketing
5.2 - both parties must agree to a retail price for said product before production and marketing.
5.3 - the client has a maximum of 30 business days from the date of delivery of samples to market and create pre sales before full production must commence 5.4 - pre sales information (i.e. sizes or chain lengths) goes to Bruen by the end of the 30 business days or before, production can start after these steps (if pre sales are not sold out the remainder of rings/chain lengths will be made in popular sizes).

7 - Completion & Payment

7.1 - Upon completion of production a final photo is sent confirming the number of pieces, once approved the rest of the final quote will be paid before delivery/pickup or shipment.

8 - After the first launch

8.1 If the client requests another batch of the same design, Bruen reserves the right to decline production
8.2 if production is done outside of Bruen Designs the client can pay bruen a one time fee for ownership of the design or can license the design and agree to pay a percentage/fixed amount per unit sold.
