Your Role


As a participant, you will be at the forefront of this exciting new technology. Your involvement will primarily include performing various movements or acting sequences while our AI-driven system captures your motion data.

This data is crucial for refining and enhancing the accuracy of our technology. None of the end products will show your face or identity to outside world unless .

Work Environment

We understand the sensitivity of this requirement and assure you that your comfort and consent are our top priorities.

All motion capture sessions will be conducted in a professional environment. You will be performing in front of a small, dedicated crew of 1-2, These professionals are trained to maintain a respectful and comfortable atmosphere for all participants.

We want to emphasize that your comfort is paramount. You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the environment and our team before commencing any sessions.

For the effectiveness of our motion capture technology, these sessions may require you to wear sprint up clothes or similar. This is crucial for our AI system to accurately detect and map body movements.

Final outputs are used for internal research and will not be published to the public, for any other usage we might have a different agreement in place before proceeding.

Compensation and Benefits


For the initial six months, we offer a salary of up to 100,000 per month. You will be expected to attend 10 sessions, each lasting at least 6 hours, spread over the month.

These sessions are designed to be flexible and accommodating to your schedule. We are not just offering a temporary role; we are looking for individuals interested in growing with our company.

Salary and Long Term Commitment:

If you demonstrate commitment and capability, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to a Motion Capture Studio Manager

Your role will evolve to include conducting and recording acting sequences, as well as training new participants. With this promotion, your salary could be around 1 Million LKR per month or above, reflecting the increased responsibilities and your contribution to our project.

Requirements

Agile and flexible body with ability to do the same act or movements multiple times with high energy performance. Open to conversation and flexible mentality with output driven approach. No prior experience required. Below 28 years of age and should have a good / unique physique.
