Job Overview:

Tapitt is seeking highly motivated Marketing Executive Interns to support our performance, product, and influencer marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Executive Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and business development teams to create impactful campaigns, optimize marketing funnels, and drive brand growth through various digital channels. This internship is designed for candidates who want real-world exposure to a wide range of industries and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram). • Design and manage YouTube advertising campaigns. • Create and monitor Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI. • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights.

Product and Influencer Marketing:

• Support in creating go-to-market strategies for various products. • Assist in identifying and managing influencer partnerships. • Help strategize influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.

Marketing Funnel Management:

• Build marketing funnels from awareness to conversion stages. • Track user journeys and optimize each stage for better performance. • Conduct A/B testing for different campaign creatives and offers.

SEO and SEM Activities:

• Conduct keyword research and manage SEO strategies. • Support SEM initiatives and ensure best practices across campaigns. • Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page SEO and blogs.

Other Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing insights for the leadership team.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing and lead generation alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Mandatory Skills:

• Knowledge and practical understanding of marketing funnel creation.
• Experience with Meta Ad Manager, YouTube Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS).\

✅ Bonus Skills (Brownie Points):

• Hands-on experience in HORECA, FMCG, Apparel, Hospitals, or Consulting industries. • Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and outreach strategies. • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) is a plus.
