Content strategist/Ghostwriter required

We're seeking an experienced Ghostwriter & Content Strategist to create compelling Twitter threads/tweets and LinkedIn posts for our high-profile clients. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential, starting part-time with a path to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategic content plans tailored to each client's unique voice and business goals
- Lead content discovery calls to extract valuable insights and stories from clients
- Write high-performing LinkedIn posts and Twitter content that generates engagement + leads
- Collaborate directly with the founder to refine content strategies and approaches

The Ideal Candidate:

- Has proven experience ghostwriting for business professionals (portfolio examples required)
- Demonstrates deep understanding of LinkedIn and Twitter algorithms and content formats
- Shows exceptional ability to capture and maintain a client's authentic voice
- Possesses strong communication skills for effective client interactions
- Can think strategically about personal brand development and business growth
- Stays current with platform trends and best practices
- Is obsessed with content creation and active on socials

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of relevant ghostwriting experience(Even if you don't have the experience, you can still shoot your shot)
- Portfolio of successful content creation (can be anonymized if needed)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to commit to a minimum one-year engagement
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup - Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling 

Application Process:

- Submit your writing samples, we don't ask for CVs
- Complete a brief writing assessment
- Interview with our founder
(Only a select few candidates will be invited for the interview based on their writing assessments)

Work Schedule:

Full-time role: 7-8 hours/day for 6 days a week
Part-time role: 4-5 hours/day for 6 days a week
You will be required to sign a 1-year contract before training begins
This position will begin part-time with a 1-month rigorous training process, with potential for full-time growth as you demonstrate excellence.
- The training phase would be unpaid.
- You will be paid $5 for the trial writing assessment given in the application process if it matches our criteria(Even if you're not hired)
