We’re looking for young people who want to build, not just analyze. People who can think in numbers, write with clarity, and execute like a founder. You’ll be working directly with Partners across fundraising, business development, and ecosystem building.

This isn’t an Excel-only job. It’s slides, models, decks, meetings, and market research. It’s events, government bids, startup support, and last-minute pivots. You’ll have exposure to everything - and the chance to grow fast. You will be all around generalist and joker who likes to move fast.

YOUR ROLE
🧠 Responsibilities - Prepare internal and external presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Build and maintain financial models (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Work with Partners to develop fundraising documents (PPT + Excel)
- Support on government bids: drafting proposals, coordinating with consultants
- Research market trends, sectors, and benchmarks for startups and SparkLabs
- Draft memos, reports, and strategy docs
- Coordinate calls and meetings with founders and government entities - Mention Black Mountain in your video to signal you actually read this
- Assist with business development projects for SparkLabs and our portfolio
- Organize high-level events, dinners, and ecosystem meetings
- Jump in wherever needed
✅ Requirements
- Fluent in English (written + spoken)
- You use AI as if tomorrow doesn't exist
- Solid understanding of startups, venture capital, and innovation ecosystems
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and Office (Word, PPT and Excel)
- Comfortable in chaos - resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- You care about quality - no typos, messy decks, or sloppy work
