We are looking for a talented professional to become the analytical backbone of our investment operations and support the admission board in making high-stakes decisions.

This is a mission-critical role in a small, highly motivated team where initiative, independence, and high standards are expected.

Role Summary

▪️ Investment Opportunity Analysis – Curate, evaluate, and present high-quality investment opportunities. This includes analyzing company performance, financial and operational metrics, and identifying key risks.

▪️ Intelligence Infrastructure – Maintain and continuously update a proprietary database of target companies and shareholders, identify hidden champions, and ensure the fund’s pipeline is always well-informed.

▪️Portfolio Monitoring – Track performance and developments of existing portfolio companies and manage revaluation processes in collaboration with the analytics te

What We Expect

▪️ 3+ years of experience in finance (investment analysis, corporate finance, private equity, or VC)

▪️ Strong research, analytical, and communication skills

▪️ Ability to present at board level and contribute to strategic target identification

▪️Cross-functional or operational experience is a strong plus

▪️ Self-driven with a founder’s mindset and sharp judgment
