Boat Registration Form

Cruising Butterflies will be held on 19 April 2026. Skipper's will be required to be at the skippers briefing at 8.15am. Boats will return to the club at approximately 11.30am. The event will conclude on-shore after the sausage sizzle and photographs at approximately 2pm. We require a boat name and pen details to help direct children and carers to the vessel. We also require the boat type, make and length to ensure the most appropriate participants are allocated to your boat

There will only be limited jetty space available and all space must be booked and allocated if not using your water pen.

Passenger Details

Do you think you can safely carry a wheelchair passenger (yes/no, number or comment)

Last year the number of wheelchair guests was only limited by vessel suitability. If you think you may be able to cater for a wheelchair but are not sure please note this in your response and we will contact you to discuss. A standard wheelchair is 63.5cm wide, so if you have a embarkation point this wide we would love to hear from you, if it is smaller than this or you are unsure, please let us know as some child wheelchairs are narrower

Estimated Crew and skipper numbers are to help with planning. We require a minimum of one crewmember with each skipper for safety reasons

Participant allocation will be done closer to the date, and we will provide guest details, children's ages and any other details available as soon as they are available.
