Paw-ty in the USA (2025)

Thank you for your interest in spending time with one of our adorable shelter dogs! We offer two options for your outing:
-Doggy Day Out Paw-ty – A fun-filled day with a shelter dog.
-Stars & Stripes Sleepover Paw-ty – Take the dog home for the holiday weekend.

This is a great way to enjoy some time with a dog who will appreciate it and give them a much-needed break. To ensure we match you with the right dog and have everything prepared for your outing, please fill out the survey below. By submitting the form, you'll help us ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and the dog.

-Doggy Day Out Paw-ty-(06/30, 07/01, 07/02, and/or 07/03). Dogs can be picked up between 8:30 am and 2:30 pm and should be returned by 4:00 pm.

-Stars & Stripes Sleeopver Paw-ty-(07/03 through 07/07):
Dogs can be picked up between 8:00 am 2:30 pm on Thursday, July 3rd, and should be returned by Monday, July 7th, at 4:00 pm.

Rules & Regulations:

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these important guidelines:

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old. 
Leash & Control: Keep the dog on a leash at all times and ensure that you maintain control. 
Supervision: Never leave the dog unattended. 
Pick-Up & Drop-Off Times: 

 Doggy Day Out Paw-ty: Pick-up is between 8:30AM to 2:30PM (06/30, 07/01, 07/02, and/or 07/03)  and all dogs must be returned by 4:00 PM that same day.

Stars & Stripes Sleepover: Pick-up is between 8:30AM to 4:00PM on Thursday, July 3rd, and dogs must be returned by Monday, July 7th, at 4:00 PM.

Behavior Guidelines: If the dog shows signs of aggression or becomes overly stressed, kindly return them to the shelter immediately. 
Vaccination & Health: All dogs are up to date on vaccinations. Please confirm you have no health conditions that might be affected by being around animals. 
No Smoking or Eating Around Dogs: For their safety and comfort, smoking and eating around dogs are prohibited. 
Clean-Up: Please clean up after the dog and dispose of waste properly. Waste bags will be provided. 
Photography: Feel free to take photos, but make sure the dog is comfortable and avoid flash photography. 
No Dog Parks or On-Campus Housing: For the safety of all involved, do not take the dog to a dog park or on-campus housing. These environments can cause stress for dogs. Instead, choose a more relaxed spot for your outing.
