Position Overview

We’re looking for a self-driven, analytical, and organized Amazon Ads Account Manager who can balance strategy with execution. You’ll be managing client accounts, designing and optimizing ad campaigns, digging into data, and keeping clients informed every step of the way.This role is perfect for someone who:

What You’ll Do

- Account Management: Own 3–5 client accounts with the support of your Team Lead, ensuring outstanding service and measurable results.
- Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Design, launch, and optimize Amazon Ad campaigns (bidding, targeting, budgets, you know the drill).
- Data Deep Dive: Analyze performance metrics, uncover insights, and recommend actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Advanced Tools: Master Scale Insights and other ad tools to level up campaign performance.
- Client Communication: Keep clients in the loop via Slack and weekly calls. You’ll be the expert they trust to guide their Amazon growth.
- Reporting & Documentation: Create clear, insightful reports and keep internal docs up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration: Share strategies, insights, and ideas with the wider team to push collective success.

What We’re Looking For

- Amazon Ads Expert: You understand Amazon Ads inside out, strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Strategic Thinker: You don’t just optimize campaigns; you build long-term growth strategies.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Advanced Google Sheets is a must. SQL/Google Script or coding chops? That’s a huge plus.
- Strong Communicator: Clear, proactive, and professional in both written and spoken English.
- Growth Mindset: Always curious, eager to learn, and quick to adapt.
