Vrit Technologies is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Backend Developer (Python) to join our growing development team. You’ll work on building, maintaining, and optimizing backend systems for our SaaS and EdTech products. If you have a knack for problem-solving, love clean code, and want to grow your skills in a collaborative tech environment, this role is for you.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Python Django

• Implement Celery & RabbitMQ for async tasks & message queues

• Manage roles, permissions, and secure access controls

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Collaborate with frontend & UI/UX teams for seamless integration

• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve backend performance

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles

• Stay updated on backend technologies & contribute ideas

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Solid understanding of Python & Django framework

• Experience with Celery & RabbitMQ

• Knowledge of roles & permissions (access control systems)

• Familiarity with SQL, ORM, and query optimization

• Understanding of RESTful APIs & database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

• Problem-solving mindset & eagerness to learn

• Plus: Experience with FastAPI
