Custom Hockey Portrait Order Form

I’m Camille, a passionate painter, and I create hand-painted acrylic portraits of hockey players — always from the back or side view.

Each artwork is personalized and made:

- either from a personal photo provided by you (as long as you own the rights), - or by choosing a pose from my predefined templates , with your chosen colors, player name, and number.

Every piece is unique, hand-painted on paper or canvas — as you prefer.

About reference photo: -I cannot use photos found online (Pinterest, Google, etc.) unless you own the rights. -If you don’t have a personal photo, no worries! I offer several generic poses to choose from, all based on my own work.
