Skool Project Owner (Job Offer)

We’re looking for a Skool Project Owner to manage, grow, and optimize our Skool community and course ecosystem. This is a long-term, high-responsibility role for someone who can combine content management, community leadership, and growth-driven operations.

Responsibilities

You will be the project owner of our Skool community, responsible for driving growth, engagement, and monetization. Your core tasks include:

1. Content & Lesson Management
- Identify new lessons and course content opportunities
- Plan and coordinate production with the team (from ideation to publishing)
- Work with me to co-create new courses, masterclasses, and bootcamps
2. Community Management
- Manage daily activity inside the community
- Answer posts, comments, and questions with clarity and authority
- Maintain a positive and helpful environment
3. Content Publishing
- Plan and schedule daily posts to keep the community active
- Repurpose course material into engaging community updates
- Launch ads to send traffic to Skool
4. Appointment Setting & Growth
- Use DMs to engage members personally
- Identify upsell opportunities and book calls for higher-ticket offers
- Track progress and report on conversions
5. Strategy & Co-Creation
- Work directly with me to brainstorm new ideas for community programs, events, & content
- Continuously improve systems to increase retention and monetization
6. Launch Ownership (quarterly)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute launches of new courses, masterclasses, or bootcamps
- Handle the launch calendar, communications, and member onboarding
- Ensure smooth delivery and follow-up to maximize sales and engagement
Requirements
Proven experience in online community management (preferably with Skool or similar platforms)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written communication (clear, concise, and professional)
Comfortable engaging with members directly via posts and DMs
Sales-oriented mindset (experience with appointment setting or upselling is a plus)
Creative thinker with the ability to ideate new content and program formats
Self-starter: able to take ownership and drive results without micro-management
