monday's spring fruits commission intake form!

thank you for your interest in commissioning me!! i will contact you by email to move forward with invoicing after your form is filled out. half of the cost is due up front, and half will be due when the commission is completed. please remember that i have the right to decline any requests that have not yet been paid. here's how this works: you provide me with a character of your choice. i will draw them in a lineless style, wearing a summery outfit and posed with a plush fruit of your choice (or mine!) against a simple colored background. the base price for these is $110, broken into two $55 payments. complexities such as wings, complex fur patterns, or robotic elements which will take me longer to draw may incur an increased cost, to be negotiated over email.

name & email (if you use a separate email for paypal/invoicing, please list that as well, clearly labeled)

please link reference(s) for your character: (if you have no visual reference, use the text box to describe them in detail! please note that without a visual reference, i will not be making edits to the design after the illustration is finished. a character design commission is a separate sort of thing)

what kind of fruit do you want your character to be holding? if you would prefer i choose, just write N/A!

the outfit i will design for this commission is likely going to be a dress or top/skirt combo. if you want to veto this for personal or gender reasons, i can come up with something else, although i can't guarantee it'll be as cohesive! are you okay with a skirt/dress? (if not, explain what you would prefer in the next section, keeping in mind i will be creating a simple design no matter what.)

yes i am cool with a dress/skirt go for it monday

no (explain below)

if you selected 'no' for the previous question, explain here:

are you OK with me streaming myself working on this commission?

yes go for it monday

please don't

are you subscribed to me on patreon at $15/month or higher? if so, what email address is associated with your patreon account?
(patrons with pledges lower than $15/month need not respond, this is so i can apply the higher tier discount!)
