Welcome to Deep Breath’s self-worth test!
This test will take you 10-15 minutes to complete it.
Since having confidence in ourselves requires working on our sense of worth, we will evaluate your levels of self-esteem, perfectionism, self-compassion, self-efficacy, assertiveness, and emotional intelligence. What do we mean by this?
Self-esteem refers to how we estimate our own worth.
Perfectionism is whether we are overly self-critical and concerned with being flawless. The opposite is pragmatism, which refers to holding ourselves and others to realistic standards, without concerns about being flawless.
Self-compassion is how we evaluate our own feelings, experiences, and failures.
Self-efficacy refers to how well we can cope with a given situation.
Assertiveness is defined as being confident and self-assured without being rude, inconsiderate, or aggressive.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand and balance our own emotions and to recognize and share the feelings of others.
