NL English Academy is on a mission to help young, ambitious students achieve top academic goals, all whilst building an enjoyment towards learning. We have a goal of touching as many young students’ hearts as possible through mentoring them both academically and holistically.

đź“‹ Requirements:
- Previously attended Ruse, North Sydney Boys, North Sydney Girls or Baulkham Hills HS
- Preferred 98.00+ ATAR or Band 6 English Advanced HSC course mark
- Excellent communication, empathy, EQ and charisma
- Exceptional written communication skills & highly organised
- Random Instruction if you are reading this, write 'read' as a comment at the end
- Preferred experience in teaching OC/Selective/High School English (but not necessary)
🌟 Key responsibilities:
- Lead Year 3-10 students towards achieving their full potential in OC, Selective and High School English
- Personalised teaching & student/parent support on a consistent weekly basis
- Marking and providing various types of student feedback

Tutors who meet our standard of excellence (based on our KPI's) are rewarded with one of the highest rates in the tutoring industry: up to $80/h+, performance rate increases & opportunity for growth into other roles.
All lesson materials, tutor training & guides are provided by us, so you can focus on supporting our students to the best of your ability.
