I understand that HayCo Pride is not able to provide any materials or utilities for booths, including tables, electricity, tents, etc. I agree to provide my own table, chairs, and optional utilities and tent (up to 10'x10') as desired for our booth area. (Due to limited space, service trucks/food trucks that need a larger area than 10'x10' will need additional approval from HayCo Pride in advance.)

I understand that street closures will prevent vendor vehicles from entering the market area between the hours of 12pm to 5pm. I agree to complete set up prior to 12pm and to remain at the market until 5pm.

I understand the golden rule of “Leave No Trace" as it applies to being respectful stewards of our hometown and these ancient mountains. I agree to clean up after our booth and patrons, including removal and proper disposal of all waste, as well as packing up any materials that we bring in.

I understand that a respite area is available in the HART Theatre with restrooms, water, wifi, and electricity (including A/C), but that booths at the Free Market will not be provided with electric or water hook-ups at the Market site. I agree to provide any utilities necessary to operate our booth, including a generator if we need power, and/or a wifi hotspot if we need internet.

I understand that the Queer Culture Celebration is a "family friendly" event and that all programs and participants, including merchandise and content at booths, are expected to be respectful of the intergenerational, intercultural environment nurtured by HayCo Pride. I agree that our booth will be free from behavior or content that engages in discrimination, harassment, violence, nudity, obscenity, and/or dangerous and illegal activity.

I understand HayCo Pride’s events are not sanctioned for the sale or distribution of tobacco, alcohol, or other regulated substances. I agree that our booth will not engage in the distribution of tobacco, alcohol, age-restricted goods, or illegal contraband.

I understand that HayCo Pride events are intended to nurture safety, belonging, and inclusion and there is no tolerance of behavior or actions that put our community or organization at risk, including criminal and illegal activities. I agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations and to cooperate with HayCo Pride Security & Safety Volunteers to maintain a safe and fun environment for all participants.
