Competitor Insights - Brand Tracking Request

One request per workspace, per month. If you've already requested changes for this workspace this month, we'll apply the next update next month. The limit is per workspace
— if you manage more than one, you get one update per workspace each month.
So if you expect more changes soon, it's best to wait and send everything together. Each request counts as one update, no matter how many brands it includes.
Adding brands — how it works:
- If you still have room in your plan: just send the new brand(s) you want to add. No need to re-list the ones you already track.
- If your new brands would put you over your limit: we can only keep up to your plan's limit, so some of your current brands have to come off — and we'll pick which ones at random unless you tell us. To stay in control, list every brand you want tracked (your complete final lineup). We'll match your workspace to exactly that list: anything you include stays, anything you leave off is removed.
About the brands you're requesting
Brands in Archive are matched by Instagram handle and shared across all customers — they can't be customized per account.
Here's what to expect:
- Brand name — if a brand has regional variations, the country code is included for consistency (e.g. "Adidas BR", "Adidas US"). Global brands without a specific region appear with no suffix.
- TikTok handle — we'll do our best to find and link the correct TikTok account. If you provide a handle, our team validates it. Either way, the TikTok handle may or may not be added, depending on what we can confirm.
- Hashtags — if a brand already exists in our system, it likely has hashtags being tracked. Our team selects the most relevant ones (one per platform). Seasonal or customer-specific hashtags aren't applied.
🔴 Setup typically takes 1–2 business days and is reflected automatically in your workspace. If the competitors don't appear within that window, reach out via the in-app Support chat.
