- Organized, process driven, some familiarity with finance a plus

- Natural and deep understanding of US popular culture across the decades and today, as incredible marketing is at the core of SOS
- Interest in natural health movement, distrust of seed oils
- Extreme self-motivation and ability to work independently towards a goal
Responsibilities will include:
-Defining and instrumenting key metrics and quarterly goals for SOS across growth and product
-Outline key operational processes for SOS’s new lines of business (Seed Oil Safe program, -newsletter, core app, marketing partnerships)
-Shape early company culture and onboarding processes for following hires
-Negotiating with high profile influencers and briefing them on content
-Expanding SOS's marketing to new channels: podcasts, Substack, X, Reddit and more, helping to hire and define goals for the marketing team.
