Thrivia is in the business of redefining travel and experiences, allowing you to join your favorite creator on their favorite trips and events. Be part of the early team transforming travel + creator-led experiences. You’ll work directly with the founder and advisors from the biggest MNCs (Apollo, Walmart, Microsoft, Accenture Strategy etc.) in a high-learning environment. Perform, grow, and take on an early leadership role.

Responsibilities (day-to-day)

- Calendar & inbox triage for founder; prioritize asks and draft responses.

- Build crisp slide decks, synthesize research, and produce exec summaries.

- Project-manage critical launches and ops improvements.

- Own investor / partner communications prep and version control.

- Coordinate hiring loops, interviewer feedback, and candidate follow-ups.

- Ad-hoc product research, competitive analysis, and market scans.

- Be the glue between teams to push decisions, unblock work, escalate when necessary.

Who should apply (requirements)

- Strong operator mindset — obsessive about follow-through and details.

- Excellent written + slide-decking skills (Google Slides / Figma a plus).

- Comfortable with basic data: spreadsheets, quick analysis, charts.

- Experience in project management, strategy, bizops, or startup roles.

- Grit, bias-for-action, and ability to juggle high-priority contexts.

- No need for fancy pedigree — we hire for hustle, clarity, and delivery.
