Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate programs and services that align with AHOG community's mission and values
- Coordinate programs for AHOG
- Manage program budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and external partners to ensure successful program implementation
- Monitor and report on program outcomes and impact
- Identify and address program challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with AHOG policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
