Rental Property Mastery is a private coaching community for small and mighty investors. If you're serious about building wealth and freedom with rentals, we’d love to learn more about you!

Why the application?
1. RPM is capped at 300 members – so we can go deep, not wide. We want to get to know you and make sure you're going to be a valuable member of the community too.
2. RPM is not for beginners – we want to find out what your real estate investing experience has been so far. 3. RPM is for serious investors – We’re looking for people serious about building financial freedom through real estate investing, not just info collectors. 4. RPM is an investment ($3,000 for the first year and $2,000 per year in future years) – so we want to make sure you get your questions answered and feel CONFIDENT about the decision to join.
While we're typically full at 300 members, a few spots open each month. Apply now, and if it's a good fit, you'll be able to move forward right away.
