Apply if:
- You would value hands-on experience over a token stipend
- You're hungry to work on real AI projects that actual humans will use
- You can commit to 2 months of intensive learning alongside industry professionals
- You're willing to be challenged in a highly selective environment
- You want mentorship from a young team (avg. age 22) who's actually shipping products
- You understand the difference between average work and work that stands out
Do not apply if:
- You're just looking to check a box for your university's mandatory internship requirement
- You're hunting for any internship regardless of what you'll actually learn
- You're not comfortable with direct, honest feedback
- You want predictable, safe work that doesn't push your boundaries
- You're looking for something easy to coast through during summer
- You expect hand-holding rather than figuring things out alongside mentors
What we offer: No stipend, but something potentially more valuable - real-world AI experience, potential for a paid internship after your tenure, and skills that will make you a future employer's dream hire.
Program Structure:
- Direct mentorship from product designers, engineers, and HR professionals
- Work on three consumer-facing products: InterviewPrep, Conversational Recruiters, and Blue-Collar Platform
- Two-month immersive experience (requires your own laptop)
- Up to 5 positions available (yes, we're still being selective)
We don't care about:
- Your college name or CGPA
- How many certifications you've collected
- Whether you can solve theoretical problems with no real-world application
We do care about:
- If you've built Projects/Communities people love
- Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Your hunger to learn and grow in the AI space
- How you approach problems no one has solved before
