Note that filling out this form is NOT making any commitment to hire me. This is just to get the basic event details so that we can go from there.
I usually have a 1-hour minimum performance length. Beyond that, additional 1/2 hour increments are fine (e.g., you could hire me for 1 hr, 1.5 hrs, 2.5 hrs, etc.). My standard hourly rate is $300/hr. This rate may be negotiable for nonprofit organizations.
Travel charge: The following travel charges are in addition to my hourly rate. Travel charges are based on milage from Danby, NY to the event.
No travel charge for up to 24 miles
$100 for 25-50 miles
$150 for 51-75 miles
For over 75 miles, please inquire
What else will be happening at the event while I'm performing? (e.g., Our guests will be eating, a band will be playing, and there will be a silent auction.)
