We're looking for a Remote Customer Support Representative to help support our users worldwide. This job can be done remotely, from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

- Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Translate FAQs into content for our help center
- You'll be working 2-3 hours/day

Skills & Experience

- Experience in Banking Customer Service
- Experience with customer support and support systems is an advantage
