Thank you for choosing MIXTIO salon! Here's some important information you should know
Salon Phone Number (TEXT)
Please save this number into your phone for all future booking and any other communication
Please come with clean hair. I know the old tale that dirty hair holds color better, but that's not true. I'm able to see your hairs true color and do my job better and more clean if your hair is fresh.
Attire: You of course are welcome to wear whatever you wish, however please know we are working with chemicals and color and while we take precaution, accidents happen and your clothes may get stained. MIXTIO salon is not responsible for any damaged clothing.
Due to the size of the salon, we have a NO GUEST policy. If you need to bring someone to your appointment, our suite building does have a waiting area. They will need to wait in that area and not blocking the hallway/outside our door that could potentially disrupt other stylists clients in the building. Thank you so much for understanding.
Late/Reschedule/No Show Policy
at MIXTIO, we pride ourselves on being a community of grace and understanding always. While we know things happen, we do request a 48 hour heads up if you are unable to attend or need to reschedule your appointment. When you no show or do not give us enough time to try and fill your reserved time, it takes away precious time and income for our babies as we are both mothers.
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS: confirmation texts are sent out 3 days before your appointment. If you have not confirmed and your service is scheduled within 24 hours, you will receive a text from me stating that I will need to post your time as an opening for other clients to fill. I try and give as much reminder as possible and I deserve the same respect in return if you need to cancel or reschedule.
FIRST TIME: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be reminded of our policy. SECOND TIME OFFENSE: we unfortunately will not have the space to get you scheduled here at our salon. Thank you for being understanding.
NO SHOWS: If you no show here at MIXTIO, we unfortunately will not have the space to get you rescheduled here at our salon. Thank you for being understanding.
RUNNING LATE?! PLEASE text immediately. If you are running more than 15 min behind, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Refund and Adjustment Policy
at MIXTIO, our goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident and cared for. While all services are non refundable, we do offer a 48hr adjustment period if you are unhappy with your results. Adjustments must be scheduled and completed within 7 days of the initial service. We will not be able to schedule any adjustments past 7 days from your original service.
WHAT QUALIFIES AS AN ADJUSTMENT
An adjustment is a minor tweak to your original service to correct something that may not have turned out as expected (ex: toner fading too quickly, a missed section in color, or uneven blending). These adjustments are complimentary if brought to our attention within 48 hours of your original appointment.
WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY AS AN ADJUSTMENT
Adjustments do not include changes to the original service we agreed on, or requests for a different outcome because of changed preferences or unrealistic expectations that were already discussed as needing multiple sessions. In these case, a new service appointment will be required.

Products used at MIXTIO are a blend of Redken Shades EQ, MATRIX and Wella. We are proudly partnered with SEVEN Haircare for all of your hair care in salon and at home needs. Products are sulfate free and color safe, keeping the integrity and longevity of your hair in mind.
WHAT TO EXPECT HERE: A gorgeous location and salon suite that is clean and well maintained, ample parking, private bathrooms, comfortable waiting areas, complimentary wifi, snacks, drinks, and great vibes. We can't wait to see you!
