There is space for 70 vendor participants, and spots are available by invitation on a first come, first serve basis (completed registration form and online payment guarantees your space). There is no electricity available. Booth fees are $125 for a 10'x10' retail space, $200 for a food space, and $300-500 for a professional/corporate space. After May 30 the price will increase $25 for each. Applicable health and fire department fees are extra if needed.
Upon submitting this inquiry you will be informed within one week if you meet the criteria of the event. If so, you will receive an invitation to register and secure your spot.
To be considered, all vendors must prominently incorporate a Country theme into their booth, even if you are a non-food vendor. Non-food vendors can meet this requirement by featuring Country-themed decor and offering a giveaway that ties into the spirit of the festival. No tie-in to the theme means no consideration of your application.
