"Dancing in the Streets," previously celebrated as the Artwalk, is a hallmark MidTown celebration featuring multiple stages of diverse genres along Virginia Street.
If you've experienced "Dancing in the Streets" before, prepare for some exciting updates! Historically a Thursday evening affair attracting 10,000 attendees to MidTown for a night of fun, this year marks a significant shift. For the first time, we're moving the event to Saturday and closing Virginia Street from California Ave to Mt. Rose St., creating an expansive canvas for our festivities.
This year, we're thrilled to introduce vendor opportunities, alongside a variety of interactive activations, ensuring there's something for everyone at this free event. We're on the lookout for a broad spectrum of vendors and artists, including performance artists, craftspeople selling their art, and those interested in leading art classes or offering interactive activities.
