2. ACTION: "What are the steps in the workflow?"
3. PEOPLE: "Who are the people in each step and what are their roles/responsibilities?"
4. INFORMATION: "What information is being handled at each step?"
5. TECHNOLOGY: "What tools, apps and technologies are you using at each step?"
Our assistant asks you a few questions and writes out your entire SOP in a few seconds. DON'T WORRY if you don't know all the steps, it will fill in the blanks with best practices and best technologies to use.
