ThunderClap is a remote global team of 25+ designers, strategists, and developers on our way to build one of the most impactful design agencies in the world.

We are a B2B Branding and Website agency built for businesses that want more than pretty designs. We care about real impact - the kind that fuels pipelines, wins markets, and actually grows companies.

In just over a year, we’ve grown into a 28+ member team (ex - Target, Post Office, Zomato and Bombay DC to name a few), working with some of the best B2B tech players across SaaS, AI, and deep tech. Our work blends strategy, creativity, and craftsmanship to produce brands and websites that don’t just look good, they deliver measurable business impact.

We’re now looking for people who’ll help us build the team behind all that.

Talent Partner (3–5 yrs)

Talent Acquisition Manager (6+ yrs)

We’re a completely remote-first team, spread across multiple countries. Work where you want, when you want. All we ask is a 2–3 hour overlap to sync with the team, that’s it. No “always on” culture, no endless shifts. Just focused, dedicated collaboration.

When it comes to compensation, we’re flexible. The first conversation itself is where we’ll align on what works for you and what works for us.
