- Work with product to optimise onboarding flows and reduce time-to-value
- Partner with sales customer success to identify expansion opportunities and upsell within existing accounts
- Build the analytics framework to track, measure, and iterate on growth initiatives
- Own review platforms — keep G2 and Capterra storefronts fresh, run quarterly review drives, and secure “High Performer” badges
