Most recently, Dell, TAB and Amazon have come out announcing a return to 5 days in the office. Whilst many companies have accepted the fact that hybrid working is here to stay, and others never truly did have it to begin with, a vast majority of companies continue to um and ah about what the “best” arrangement is, with their stance on WFH still up in the air.
Our last WFH survey was conducted in 2022 (can you believe it?) as COVID-19 was still fresh in our minds. But those days are long gone.
