Sales & Marketing Associate
Dreamlords Digital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales & Marketing Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by identifying and engaging leads, executing pre-defined marketing plans, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.
Salary: ₱20,000 - ₱50,000/month
Location: Remote (Manila, Philippines)
Employment Type: Full-Time
These are the minimum qualifications a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred (Fresh grads are welcome to apply).
2. Strong understanding of the digital entertainment industry, with a focus on gaming and web3 (essential).
3. Must be willing to do active outbound sales activities such as cold calling and emailing.
4. Proficient in various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software, CRM systems).
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
1. Proactively research and identify potential sales leads aligned with our target audience.
2. Utilize various online and offline prospecting methods to build a robust pipeline.
3. Qualify leads and gather relevant information to support the sales team.
4. Assist with the execution of marketing plans and campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, events).
5. Manage and maintain marketing assets and materials.
6. Gather and analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance.
7. Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
8. Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed.
