We're recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling Series A-backed startup (Y Combinator and leading AI-focused VCs) leveraging cutting-edge ML and AI to automate complex, document-heavy consumer underwriting processes.
The team is looking to bring on a Head of Finance (first dedicated finance hire) to work directly with the founders and have full ownership across strategic finance + core ops (modeling, forecasting, accounting, AR/AP). This is an in-person role based in San Francisco.
The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience including Strategic Finance at a startup combined with Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or PE.
