Intern - ESG & Sustainability Analyst (6 months)

Who we’re looking for?

We’re looking for someone looking to support our ESG & sustainability commitments, engage with our community of startups, and dive into the VC & tech ecosystem. 🙌

You will be working closely with the Head of Investor Relations & ESG in our Paris office.

Requirements
- Passionate about sustainability & startups
- Rigorous, organized and efficient
- Curious and able to adapt quickly
- A self-starter with a hands-on mentality who can work independently and take initiative
- Enjoying new tools to improve your efficiency
- Having a first experience in the startup/ VC ecosystem
- Strong written and strong verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English & French (Italian a plus)
Start Date Available to start between January and March 2025

What's the mission?

Lead our Annual ESG Reporting

➡️ Manage portfolio reporting campaign  ➡️ Collect, review, challenge, and analyze data from portfolio companies ➡️ Lead investor-specific and regulatory reporting 

Contribute to 360 Capital ESG Policy

➡️ Monitor market best practices (other funds in France, Italy, Europe) ➡️ Review and update 360 ESG Policy ➡️ Maintain ESG disclosures on website (e.g. SFDR compliance) ➡️ Monitor changes in sustainable finance regulations and market practices

 

Collaboration with Portfolio Companies & Investment Team ➡️ Participate in ESG due diligence and ESG onboarding for new portfolio companies  ➡️ Review portfolio companies ESG & sustainability policies ➡️ Support startups in building action plans, leveraging the Apiday reporting platform ➡️ Build knowledge sharing and sustainability toolbox for 360 portfolio companies ➡️ Lead sustainability workshops for the team and portfolio companies

Engage with the ecosystem in France and Italy ➡️ France Digitale, France Invest, Tech Your Place, Forum on Sustainable Finance

➡️ Participate in workshops and taskforces on sustainability 

 

Contribute to transversal projects at 360

➡️ Investor relations: Events & Investor day preparation

➡️ Marketing & Community: participate in industry mappings, newsletter and community events

➡️ Suggest new actions to be implemented!
