We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Data & Analytics Manager to join our remote team. If you're passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights, enjoy optimizing performance across departments, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.
As a Data & Analytics Manager at Headline, you will lead the development and maintenance of internal reporting, support data-driven decision-making across marketing and operations, and own forecasting, reconciliation, and automation efforts.
● Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business KPIs
● Support marketing, finance, and leadership teams with data-driven insights
● Analyze performance trends and recommend optimization strategies.
● Build and refine forecasting models to support strategic planning.
● Maintain and improve data workflows and systems integrations.
● Ensure high standards of data integrity and validation.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine reporting requirements.
● Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, CoPilot, Notion AI) to automate workflows.
● Automate manual reporting processes wherever possible.
● 2–4 years of experience in a data or analytics role.
● Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and at least one BI tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Data Studio).
● Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
● Comfortable with cleaning, transforming, and interpreting large datasets.
● Experience in marketing/e-commerce or SaaS is a plus.
● Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
● Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Experience using or exploring AI tools for reporting, automation, or data analysis.
