Our first property - featuring the intimate Wildflower Nook and Rhododendron Suites - opens its doors this spring. As we prepare to welcome our first guests, we're looking for someone special to join our team.

A Sales Lead sitting out of Gurgaon with regular visits to our property in Tirthan Valley, HP.

Responsibilities

- Own pre-opening revenue strategy and seasonal occupancy
- Craft pricing narratives across seasons
- Balance revenue goals with thoughtful hospitality principles
- Build meaningful relationships with guests who value slow stays

Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years in luxury hospitality sales, preferably with boutique properties
- Strong track record in pre-opening revenue strategy
- Experience with seasonal pricing and occupancy management
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and CRM tools
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with flexible hours and weekend work when needed
