We are working on a stealth mode project with Top International Colleges that will launch soon. This role is a part of that new project.

Role Description

This is a pure-play incentive-based role as a Virtual Counsellor. The role will convert to full-time employment upon completion of 6 months of exemplary performance with remuneration matching industry standards. THIS ROLE WILL ALWAYS BE VIRTUAL.

Note: Passion for sales & high on customer empathy traits is highly desirable. Higher registrations will convert into HIGHER INCENTIVES in a TIER-based system to reward exemplary performance. Potential to earn up to INR 70-80K in incentives.

As a Virtual Student Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive counseling to students who are considering studying abroad and want to build their profiles by enrolling themselves in bootcamps. You will guide them through the entire process including course selection, application preparation, and enrolment. Your goal will be to ensure that each student receives accurate, up-to-date information and personalized guidance to make informed decisions about their bootcamp journey.

If you don't have the domain knowledge of bootcamps but have work experience in study abroad industry, you are encouraged to apply. Training on the project will be provided.

Essential Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field with a passion for sales.

•Superb communication and interpersonal skills in English.

•Sales mindset.

•Minimum 1 year in student counseling.

•Ability to multitask and handle pressure positively.

•Ability to assess student needs and provide suitable course recommendations.

•Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

•Ability to work independently without much supervision and VIRTUALLY.

•Proficiency in using technology for efficient counseling services.

•Willingness to learn and invest in your own career.

Good to have

•Knowledge of running bootcamp programs and applicable processes.
