The first book to kick this off, is the latest Seth Godin book, This is Strategy. We thought it was a fun one to start the year, when we're busy making plans, and setting ourselves up for success. It's new, it's a short, pithy and enjoyable read, packed with great ideas, but more importantly thousands of questions we can ask ourselves as business owners to help define our position in the world and unpack the value customers truly get from our products or services.
