We hereby inform you of the following regarding the Matchmaking Day event scheduled for December 6, 2025:
1. Reservation System is Closed: All meeting requests and confirmed appointments submitted through the system have been finalized and scheduled. The system is currently closed and is no longer accepting new online reservations or modifications for this date.
2. Walk-in Session Available: While the pre-registration system is closed, we will have a dedicated on-site "Walk-in Session" for immediate, ad-hoc meetings. If you and your counter company wish to arrange a meeting now:
a. Please coordinate with the other party and proceed directly to the "Matchmaking Registration" desk at the venue. Our staff will assist you in checking for mutual availability and assigning an open table number.
Future Events and Contact
If you are interested in future matchmaking events, you are welcome to complete the form and leave your information. We will include you in our database and ensure you receive priority notification when registration opens for the next event.
