Usage Rights: I grant Inkheritance the right to use my submitted artwork for publication, promotion, and marketing purposes without compensation, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Publicity and Promotion: I understand that Inkheritance may feature my work on their digital platforms (including websites and social media), print media, and any other promotional channels, with full credit given to me as the artist.

Monetization: I understand that my artwork may be used for promotional purposes, and while it may be monetized, I will receive proper credit for my work. I agree that I will not receive direct compensation unless otherwise specified.

Selection Process: I acknowledge that being featured is subject to selection by a team of creatives at Inkheritance, and I am not guaranteed a feature or publication of my work.

Accuracy of Information: I affirm that all information I’ve provided in my submission is true and accurate, and that my artwork is original and free of any third-party claims or restrictions.

I am currently or recently incarcerated and or represent a loved one who is currently or recently incarcerated. By submitting, I confirm that this artwork was created by me or my loved one and acknowledge Inkheritance’s mission to showcase incarcerated artists’ work.

I am currently or recently incarcerated and I want that fact excluded from my story if I am selected to be featured with Inkheritance.

I am NOT currently incarcerated and or represent a loved one who is currently incarcerated.

I am an artist or studio that is looking to take on an apprentice.

I am an artist looking to be hired on as an apprentice.
