Offbeat Sparks Event Coordinator - Application Form

Hi there 👋 We're happy that you're interested in volunteering and become a part of our Offbeat Sparks Squad✨ This event is very near and dear to us since it aims to facilitate networking and an exchange of ideas that inform, inspire, and innovate the future of learning. 👇 Here are 4 things you should know about Offbeat Sparks ✨: ✦ this is an in-person, 3-4 hour event ✦ we host between 8 - 12 speakers ✦ each speaker has 5 minutes to deliver an impactful talk. The talk can be about anything they choose L&D-related - a framework, a project, a lesson learned, or simply an idea. ✦ there is intentional networking time carved out, both at halftime and at the end All this being said we need YOU 🫵 to make our future Offbeat Sparks events happen worldwide! Don't worry, you won't be alone in this endeavor - because we're looking for at least 2 volunteers for each location. And of course, we will be overseeing each step of the process.
